Motor Biking in the Alps

Twists and turns as far as the eye can see…it’s the nightmare of every novice motorist at the start of his or her life on the road, and at the same time, it quickens the heart of every motorcycle enthusiast. Within the 200-mile radius of Paznaun, you can easily reach as many as 60 passes during the summer. Stop for an espresso in Italy, a helping of cheese fondue in Switzerland, and back to Ischgl for the night – anything is possible.

Overnight Stays in Paznaun
Although Paznaun is primarily a mecca for winter sports, in the summer there are also a variety of private rooms, apartments, pensions, inns, and hotels to choose from. In recent years, more and more businesses have focused on the needs of motor biking enthusiasts. Service stations, garages, washing places, tools for minor repairs, and drying space for clothes make motor biking holidays in Ischgl a pleasure.
Motor Biking is NOT just for the boys!
What BMW has long proclaimed as a slogan for the German market also applies in Paznaun, of course! No matter whether you’re male or female, ultimately anyone can be an “easy rider.”

I have just returned from a camping holiday in the Dolomites. Glorious mountain countryside was completely ruined by the literally 000s of machomen in their ridiculous leather gear gunning their engines up and down every valley. These selfish, environmentall disastrous and antisocial men, or at least their big toys, should be banned from the Alps (and indeed from all other ares of natural beauty.)
